在我的公司已安裝有電話節費系統,首先,何謂節費系統,顧名思義,它能節省你的電話費用,舉例一般市話撥手機,每分鐘可能高達九元,而節費系統可以降到3.6元!!

As the name implies, it could save your telephony fee, for example, general telephony fee for dialing out mobile phone, it costs you about 9 NT dollar per minute, and cost-saving system only needs 3.6 NT dollar per minute.
它的原理也很簡單,就是在你傳統的交換機系統,安裝T1/E1卡與節費系統連結,如果交換機本身已是IP電話交換機,那可能直接做SIP TRUNK即可.重點便在於,若是內部電話使用者撥外部電話,它會將話務路由從你的交換機丟給節費的IP交換機,再由節費公司的系統下車到達受話方!!
its mechanism also is simple, you only need to install a T1/E1 card on your traditional PABX, and connect it with your carrier’s telephony-cost-saving system. if your PABX already is IP-PBX, then only trunk it with SIP protocol between your IP-PBX and carrier system. the key factor is when your dial out telephone from your internal to external mobile phone, the telephone will route from your PABX to carrier’s system, and reach to the destination.
那麼為何我們自己又要架一台IP交換機呢??
if so, why do we still need to set up a IP-PABX by ourselves?
因為剛才所說的架構,僅僅只能供桌機使用,無法在智慧型手機使用,所以我自己架一個SIP SERVER的話,再用此IP交換機與節費系統做SIP TRUNK即可..那麼只要在手機裡安裝SIP CLIENT的APP,就能使用手機做節費了..
it’s because what i said above only can be provided for internal desktop phone, it can provide for mobile phone. so if we could set up our own sip server, and let it connect with carrier’s system, then we could use the app of smart phone to do the same thing as above.

And if you are smart, you also find out you can utilize it on the computer. if you build up your own sip server, you don’t need to worry about the limitation of extension numbers which might restrict by cost issued by your carrier. the only restriction when you build up your own sip server is your hardware performance. however, i think it’s really enough for mid or middle scale company.
